I was born and raised in northeastern British Columbia, having lived in both Fort St. John and Fort Nelson, I am passionate about seeing our northern communities thrive. I currently serve as a Community Relationship Manager for Beem Credit Union where I am able to lean into my passion of serving and empowering our communities.  I have 16 years of experience in the credit union system, I took a brief hiatus to run my own fitness and nutrition consulting business, enriching my understanding of the northern economy, small business landscape and local culture.

Throughout my career, I have been very committed to supporting local businesses, economic development, community initiatives and the non-profit sector.  My extensive experience in the Credit Union System, combined with my background as a business owner, has equipped me with valuable insights and skills in member service, finance, marketing, communications, relationship management and community investment.

Serving on various working committees is one way I love to give back.  In addition to the Fort St. John and district Chamber of Commerce, I am also an active member of BC Emerging Leaders and National (Credit Union) Young Leaders working committees. As part of these committees, I get to support leadership development in the Credit Union System for emerging leaders across the country.

I am excited to bring my expertise, knowledge and perspective to the Chamber of Commerce and am dedicated to serving and empowering local businesses in the community.
