I was first introduced to Northern BC in early 2020. While work initially brought me here, it was my love for the outdoors and the welcoming people of the North Peace that made me stay. I’ve been in the environmental industry for about six years, starting with hands-on fieldwork exploring nature at its finest. In August 2024, I transitioned into my current role as Environmental Plant Manager at Louisiana-Pacific in Fort St. John.

What I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to engage with the community and collaborate with First Nations groups. This is my first year serving on the Chamber, and I’m excited to contribute my experience in environmental compliance, air and water quality, and waste reduction to support local sustainability initiatives. I aim to share an industry perspective that balances economic growth with environmental responsibility. Additionally, I’m passionate about working with the community on education and conservation programs that strengthen connections between businesses and residents.
